Fronter för skolor

Fronterplattformen används av lärare och elever på hundratals skolor runt om i världen. Med närmare 100 olika verktyg kan plattformen anpassas efter varje skolas behov och vision. Den kan dessutom justeras så att den passar skolans pedagogiska metoder och elevgrupp.

Fronter för F-9-skolor

Barn börjar redan som mycket små att experimentera med datorer. Vissa lär sig till och med att skriva på tangentbord innan de lär sig att skriva för hand.

Med Fronterplattformen kan barn redan från 5 års ålder ta del av nästa generations webbaserade lärande. Konceptet med kunskap genom samarbete kan presenteras stegvis i en multimediamiljö där eleverna kan arbeta och uttrycka sig, samtidigt som de utforskar de oändliga möjligheterna.

Fronter för gymnasium och vuxenutbildning

Fronterplattformen är en viktig bas där alla skolaktiviteter, från det akademiska arbetet till aktiviteter utanför skoltid, föreningar och intressegrupper kan koordineras.

Plattformen är startpunkten och erbjuder ett effektivt system där alla studenter, lärare och föräldrar får den senaste informationen och inkluderas i vad som händer på skolan. På plattformen kan studenterna dra nytta av en individuellt anpassad pedagogisk miljö där de kan övervaka sin utveckling, leta efter mer hjälp och samarbeta med jämnåriga, oavsett var de befinner sig.

En barnanpassad gränssnittsdesign: Fronterplattformen ligger i framkanten av den pedagogiska IT-utvecklingen och har ett särskilt barngränssnitt för de yngsta användarna. Det finns till exempel ett särskilt barnläge för textredigeraren. I barnläget anpassas antalet redigeringsverktyg och alternativ till endast de som är nödvändiga för en ung användare.
Föräldrainloggning: Åtkomst i realtid till viktig information om ditt barns utveckling, närvaro, skolaktiviteter och deltagande innebär att föräldrar och målsmän kan spela en mycket aktivare och mer välinformerad roll i barnets utveckling.
Samarbete: Fronterplattformen är en startpunkt som visar barnen en global gemenskap. I en säker och kontrollerad miljö får barnen en möjlighet att ta de första stegen mot att interagera med jämnåriga runt om i världen. Frontersystemet kan även integreras med andra inlärningsprogram på skolan så att utbildningsresurser och elever kan samarbeta fullt ut.

	Fronter - the common platform from nursery to secondary school in the municipality of Askim, Norway Prestenga Nursery has 135 children from age 0 - 6 years, 14 preschool teachers and a total of 38 employees. The children can now follow one single platform from the nursery all the way up to high school, and be familiar with Fronter before they start school. The children at Prestenga will get access to Fronter autumn 2010. The plan is to create a separate children's room with links to online games, activities and other fun stuff for children to engage in. Read more
